Free consult: An initial free consult can be arranged to look at your business’s HR and People needs together.

We have a very personal approach and actively partner with our clients, visit work locations where possible and work with all stakeholders to determine what support is needed.


HR health check: On client request we can provide advice and support on people management and HR tools needed to determine the right profile.

We can improve existing or implement new basic and advanced HR tools to set your current and future staff up for success.


Profile determination: The consult and possible business / HR sessions will help determine the clients staffing needs. We will advise on the right profile for any vacancy and with approval of the client we can start the recruitment process.  

The search


Advertisement: Fully digital, quick and customised based on the agreed upon profile. We run ads on all applicable digital platforms, job boards and social media. We actively approach our (international) network and can customise our target group and platforms in collaboration with the client.


Selection: This is where we save you a lot of time. We will be your professional judge of character and provide your business the most suitable candidates, based on technical and functional skills as well as cultural fit. We interview and background the applicants and pick the best candidates for the role.


Shortlisting: Candidates who pass our initial assessment are presented to our hiring managers for client interview and approval. This shortlist will be presented and discussed within the agreed upon time frame.


Client connect: Together with the client the interviews of the shortlisted candidates will be arranged. Being a partner means we stay in close contact during the process enabling us to respond accordingly when business needs change.



Hiring: The client determines which candidate fits best and receives approval. Initial contract offer and communication will go via our consultants so we can support client and candidate towards a successful agreement. We mediate and partner with both parties to ensure a clear and smooth transition into your business.


Support: We are available to answer your questions from initial engagement right through to the successful placement. We advise during the process on HR and People and will continue our support to set up, grow or change your business towards success.
